Substitutions

If a product is not available we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.

Product weights

All products are manually packaged by us, so it is not always possible to ensure an exact weight. We guarantee that the product weight, at time of packing, is at least the weight specified at time of ordering.

Payment methods

We currently process all payments through PayPal, this doesn’t mean that you need a PayPal account to purchase our products, you can simply checkout as a guest.

Cancellations

As our products are made to order, unfortunately once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged in a manner suitable for the transport of your specific items. we can not be held responsible for deterioration of goods resulting from unsuccessful delivery due to customer error (e.g. person not available to receive shipment, incorrect address given).

Refunds/replacements

If your order is incorrect, please send us a photo to hi@herbalhedgerow.co.uk for a refund or replacement.
